Apartment Units, located inside Canyon Cove beach resort, offers affordable beachfront accommodations to guests, with free access to white sand beach from 6AM-6PM and Homeowners Association (HA) Swimming Pool from 7:30AM-9PM. Guests who intend to avail of infinity pool and watersports activities would have to settle PHP 1,000/head daytour fee at the hotel daytour gate. Rates for watersports is on top of this daytour fee. Requirements: Valid ID, Printed Authorization Form The space - 54 sqm studio unit - Max. Cap. 8 pax - Second floor - 1 queen bed sleeps 2 pax, 1 single bunk bed sleeps 2 pax, 1 sofa bed sleeps 2 pax, 1 queen size floor mattress sleeps 2 pax - Split type air conditioning - 4 bed pillows, 8 throw pillows, 5 blankets - Kitchen: Rice cooker, microwave, oven toaster, pot, pan, 6 sets plates, glasses, eating utensils, double burner gas stove with gas, mini fridge, side table, 2 wooden stool chairs - Toilet & Bath (with hot and cold shower) - Smart TV (no cable) - Prepaid Wifi - Veranda: griller, 2 dining table, 6 dining chairs - Parking Allocation: 1 car Need to Bring: - Printed copy of authorization form - Valid ID - Towels and toiletries - Drinking water and ice - Charcoal for grilling Inclusions: Apartment accommodation, access to HA pool from 7:30 AM - 9PM, access to beach from 6AM-6PM Check-In Time: 2PM In case there is no tenant before you, earliest allowable time of check-in is at 2PM. If earlier, PHP 1,000/hr will be charged. Check-Out Time: 12NN In case there is no tenant after you, latest allowable time of check-out is at 12NN. If extension will be availed, PHP 1,000/hr will be charged. Caretaker will assist with check-in and check-out. Kindly note that running of errands is no longer part of caretakers’ scope of service. Caretakers usually go home at 4PM. Kindly inform them of any concerns before 4PM. Power and water interruptions are beyond our control. To stay updated with the latest power interruption advisories, kindly follow Batelec I's social media account. Submit full names of all guests with brand, color and plate number of your vehicle. One authorization form will be issued. Deadline of submission: 12NN of the day before arrival Restrictions: Smoking, party decorations and pets are strictly NOT allowed. Cancellation Policy All deposits made are non-refundable. Rebooking will be allowed for cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior check in date. Otherwise, payment will automatically be forfeited. For guests who intend to avail of access to hotel amenities such as Infinity Pool, Hotel Shower Room & Locker Room, Dive Shop and Hotel Restaurant, guests would need to pass through the hotel daytour gate and settle PHP 1,000/head. Fees for food and beverage, and watersports, are on top of the stated daytour fee. Other things to note Kindly present a printed copy of the authorization form to gate guard upon entry.
