Another day in Paradise at The Sapphire Jewel Box. Welcome to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely renovated Townhome nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We have taken great pride in the contemporary decor and West Elm furnishings, New Orleans antiques and fine art photography to complete the eclectic and elegant style. A fully stocked chef's kitchen with gas range, screened in porch, large deck and 50" Sony Vivid television with Sonos Surround Sound and a DV gas fireplace. No child under 12. The space There is excellent parking and a short walk to the front door, very easy for any age to access this unit. Landscaping and indigenous shrubs and trees adorn the front with a comfortable bench for sitting and enjoying the privacy and quiet. The front door has an electronic keypad for easy entrance and locking. Once in the foyer you can enjoy the open floor plan and high vaulted ceilings of the living room and dining area. The galley kitchen is compact and finely tuned for cooking and entertaining. We provide everything you could possibly want to cook, and enjoy a meal, or appetizers. There is a state of the art gas range, a Bertazzoni refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, deep sink and a garbage disposal. The counter tops are quartz and appliances are stainless. The pantry includes your use of spices and teas, as well as cooking foil and plastic wrap, glass tupperware, serving dishes and serving utensil, table cloths, cloth napkins and placemats. You can seat 6 people on the outdoor deck table and 4 at the dining room table. A LG stack large capacity washer and dryer, and a blower for the deck are available with a starter pack of laundry pods. The Master bedroom and master bath are on the main floor. A King bed with plush bedding and a brand new mattress with temperpedic topper can be found on all beds. We have block out curtains and fans in each room. Marble walk in shower with seat, and marble top vanity in bathroom with beautiful scones. From the Master bedroom you can access the deck for early morning coffee or late night star gazing. The Living Room is open with two large swivel chairs and a full sized leather sofa, a 50" Sony television with Sonos Surround Sound and a swivel mount for easy viewing. The Direct Vent fireplace creates a cozy experience and also has the capacity to put out a good bit of heat. The dining table is cozy and elegant with comfortable cushioned dining chairs. We provides everything to create a beautiful dining experience with placemats, silverware, glassware and cloth napkins. A marble top antique bar houses wine and cocktail glasses. The open floor plan in the living area opens up on the screened in porch with a sofa and two club chairs, as well as a television. The deck and outdoor dining adjoin and seats 6 comfortably, we provide a gas barbecue pit with propane tanks. Upstairs is one loft bedroom with a Queen bed and a large closet with sliding glass doors and it's own mini-split. The upstairs bath has a double vanity, with a tub and shower Carrara marble throughout. The space is very private with Belgian linen curtains and sheers, or canvas shades. If you want peace and quiet, with privacy and great wood views, then you will not be disappointed. We are located a few steps to Meadow Lake and across the street from Fairfield Lake.
