Our home features a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a pellet stove, and large flat-screen TV (with Roku) in the main living space, a gas grill and a deck, and plenty of outdoor space and land to explore. This warm and inviting home is the perfect all-season getaway for families and friends alike. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and private bath, offering a large corner Jacuzzi tub and two pedestal sinks. The main level offers 2 bedrooms and one full bath, each with a queen-size bed. While staying with us, you can enjoy a range of area activities nearby: fishing, mountain biking, hiking, and boating at the Ridgway State Park and surrounding areas. Fairway Pines Golf Course is located on Log Hill, about 25 minutes from our home. Check out the Ridgway Area Trails (RAT) for adventurous mountain biking. There is room to park up to three cars and one trailer up to 20' long. . Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
