Charming and atypical apartment in the lovely setting of the Canal Saint-Martin. Nearby you will find many delicious restaurants, shops, and quality bakeries and supermarkets. The space Recently renovated with lots of love, this 30m2 apartment consists of a main room with living room and equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom (140x200 cm bed) and a bathroom with towels, soap and shampoo. Tea and coffee are available anytime. The apartment is bright and calm since it overlooks the courtyard. It is located on the third floor without elevator, typically Parisian ;)! Guest access You will be close to the Goncourt (3-minute walk), République and Belleville (10-minute walk) metro stations. The Goncourt metro allows you to reach the heart of Paris and the Marais district in a few stations. Other things to note Check-in is done independently, after 4 p.m. Check-out must be done before noon, with the possibility of leaving your luggage on site if necessary.
