The space open floor plan and private fenced in yard. A heated salt water pool, Lanai and outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue all screened in. Propane tanks provided for the bbq, but filling the tanks is the guest responsibility. Beautiful modern kitchen with dish washer and island with seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely dining room. The spacious living room includes ample seating a smart TV, a fireplace feature and a large patio door that leads to directly to the pool. Bedroom 1 is a beautiful master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite, bedroom 2 is another king bed and bedroom 3 is queen bed. All the bedrooms include a smart tv. Guest access Tv Streaming services require guest accounts to access. Other things to note We no longer charge for electricity usage. 1. No smoking 2. No pets 3. No parties 4. No loud noise after 10pm 5. No parking on grass 6. Propane tanks provided, filling them is the guest responsibility.
