Just 15 minutes from popular surfing beaches, this is the perfect stay for couples, families & water adventurers. The space A 2 bedroom home with it's own driveway, parking, private entrance, and boat-parking available on request. Freshly renovated the property features brand new furniture, a brand new large television with Netflix and free wi-fi. Two large split-cycle air conditioners will help to keep the home at a comfortable temperature during your stay. Comfortably sleeping four people, the home contains two bedrooms. The master has a comfortable queen-size pillow-top bed and it's own access to the private sunny courtyard. The second bedroom comes with the option of two single beds perfect for individuals or children, or, if required, can be made into an ensemble king size bed for a second couple*. Your beds will be made with 1000 thread count sateen or beautiful stonewashed linen sheets and rooms contain blockout curtains so that you get a calm and restful night's sleep. All linen and towels are provided and a travel cot is available on request. The full size kitchen with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils means you can stay in and enjoy cooking if you wish. The laundry has a large washer and dryer, or you can hang your laundry on an airer in the sunny courtyard if you prefer. The roomy bathroom contains both a good size shower and bath. Outdoor areas include a small elevated back deck overlooking a private sunny fully-fenced large courtyard. *For last minute bookings, the second bedroom may already be made up and bed preference may not be able to be set/changed at late notice. Other things to note On booking, please let hosts know if you will require the second bedroom to be changed from 2 single beds into a king ensemble. Guests are welcome to use all kitchen and villa appliances, but please note that an additional charge of $100 will be applied if the oven is left greasy or with burnt-on food, as this will cause us an additional cleaning cost.
