Ocean-view/Mtn-view 1BR/1BA short walk to beaches!

Kick back and relax in our stylish brand-new space in the woods. Constructed in the fall of 2022...our apartment has it's own private entrance but is attached to a larger home. Enjoy gorgeous views! We are a 1-2 minute drive (20 minute walk) to Auke Rec and a 1-2 minute drive (20 minute walk) to Lena Beach. Amenities include spa shower, laundry, and beautifully appointed/stocked kitchen. Pottery Barn couch is a pull-out with memory foam mattress. *Comfy for 2 people - technically sleeps 4 max The space The apartment is gorgeous/modern and is bordered by woods in the back and an ocean/mountain view in the front. The apartment is well-appointed/stocked with everything you will need to be comfortable! **One note for groups of 3 or 4: the bathroom is in the main bedroom. If you are sleeping on the sofa bed or using our twin airbed - you will need to enter the main bedroom to use the bathroom. Sleeping arrangments: 1 Queen Bed in the main bedroom with high-end mattress and memory foam topper. This bed is incredibly comfortable! 1 Queen Memory Foam (Pottery Barn) Sleeper Sofa in the living room (very comfortable) with a thin foam topper. You can fold this up during the day with the topper on it. If you donʼt care about having a couch to sit on, we can add a 3-4 inch memory foam topper instead for additional comfort. 1 Twin Airbed - we can provide you with one twin airbed that can be placed on the floor behind the couch (between the couch and the small table next to the window. If you are a group of 3 - this can be ideal, because then you can leave the couch as a couch for the entirety of your visit. The twin airbed is thick (12 inches off of the ground) and quite comfortable. We will have it ready for sleeping, but it plugs in if you need to re-inflate during your visit. The laundry area is also in the main bedroom. Guest access The entire apartment is yours and youʼll have your own entrance from the main house with a unique code. **The City and Borough of Juneau requires us to list our registration number, which is CBJ1001338 Other things to note Lena Pointe is the sunniest area in Juneau! It might be raining downtown or on Douglas (darkest/rainiest parts of Juneau), but the sun will be shining on Lena. Itʼs the reason we built our home here. In fact, as I type this paragraph, I looked online and itʼs raining downtown (but sunny outside of my home!) We are 16 miles (20 min) from downtown Juneau, 4 minutes from the Ferry Terminal, and about 12 minutes from the airport. We do suggest renting a car, as Taxiʼs and Ubers can get expensive here. Check out our online "Guidebook" for tour/restaurant ideas. The closest grocery store is Safeway and it is about 8-9 minutes away. Fred Meyer is HUGE and it is another minute or so past Safeway.
