Our villa is uniquely shaped offering privacy and flexibility in case of multiple families or friends are coming. The villa is located on a cliff 60 meters above sea level and thus the fantastic uninterrupted panoramic views. It is standing on a vey big plot of 2000 square meters of land giving guests the much needed privacy. Guests can hang out together or look for some privacy, there is enough space for everyone. Here is what you can expect: BEDROOMS All our bedrooms have premium bedding and linen, private climate control and windows and natural light. Bedroom 1 - located on ground floor with sea view. It has a 160 cm wide bed and a big wardrobe. It is just steps away from the terrace with access to the pool. It has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 - located on the first floor with sea view and landmark view. It has a private bathroom with a bath and a balcony, a 180 cm wide bed, very spacious, two walk-in wardrobes, a working desk and a big balcony overlooking the sea. Bedroom 3 - located on the first floor with sea view. It has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, a 180 cm wide bed, uniquely shaped with a balcony overlooking the mountains, plenty of natural light, a large wardrobe and a reading area. Bedroom 4 and 5 are located on the second floor where they share a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room and a great terrace overlooking the entire Kvarner bay. One bedroom has a 160 cm comfortable large bed on an oval shape and a walk-in wardrobe. The other bedroom has two 120 cm large single beds, ideal for children or friends. BATHROOMS All our bathrooms are modern and equipped with fresh towels, main and mirror lights and hair dryers. We have four bathrooms; three bathrooms with walk-in showers and one with a bath. LIVING AREAS All our three living areas are with open spaces, large windows offering panoramic sea views. Includes sofas, TV and plenty of space to relax. All living areas have sea view. They are located on each floor. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchens (three in total) are fully equipped with modern appliances and premium cutlery, perfect for cooking your favorite meals or make a quick bite. They have dining areas for 4, 6 or 10 people, depending on the kitchen. Guests' favorite is the kitchen and dining area that is directly connected with the outside lounge area and BBQ corner, divided only by a fully retractable sliding and folding doors. All indoor spaces are air conditioned. OUTDOOR SPACES Private large infinity pool: with 54 square meters and 12 meters in length is perfect for swimming, playing and relaxing. The pool has four water massage outlets and has panoramic sea views. Pool deck terrace: large terrace with sea view for sunbathing surrounding the pool with a pergola with a retractable roof, an outdoor shower and pool chairs. Main ground floor terrace: the most frequented area in our villa consisting of large terrace overlooking the pool and the sea, it has a pergola with a retractable roof, lounge corner and BBQ corner, directly connected to the indoor dining area with a large table for 10 people. North terrace: it is a quiet area with mountain views and a lot of shade and fresh breeze. It has a table and two benches for 6 people. Garden terraces: several around the property , beautifully landscaped, some with tree shades offering peace and tranquillity. OTHER Activity room: it has table tennis, full set of dumbbells, swedish ladder, fitness ball Parking: large fenced parking area for 10 vehicles. Free EV charging available at max 3 kW, please bring your own cable. Guest access As our guest, you'll have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the large private pool, terrace, garden and every corner entirely to yourself, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. Other things to note Pool safety: The pool is not supervised or fenced, so children must be monitored at all times. Guest registration: All guests are required by law to register their stay. You will receive a link before your arrival to register. Transportation: Although there is a bus line 29 connecting the villa area with the city of Rijeka, a car is recommended for exploring nearby areas and attractions Housekeeping: The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. For longer stays, additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee. Check-in and early check-in: Observing check-in times makes possible for us to prepare for your stay up to the highest cleaning standards.
