Guest access This is a 3 story townhome with a separate, basement apartment with its own entrance. The basement unit is occupied by a quiet, long term tenant on a part-time basis. Please be cognizant of noise transfer out of respect for the basement tenant, especially during quiet hours 11pm - 7am. There is a rear parking space behind a garage door that is off limits for guests as it is used by the basement tenant. Airbnb guests are encouraged to enjoy the front porch and rear deck, while the backyard is used by the basement tenant.
