Bright studio between lakes & mountains

Take a break in this small, peaceful and cosy furnished apartment, ideally located at the crossroads of the 3 lakes, 20 mn from Annecy & Aix les bains, 60 mn from Geneva and 10 mn by car from Rumilly (restaurants, cinema, shops, and its leisure center/water park, karting). The first ski resorts are about 35 mn away by car with the Semnoz (downhill and cross-country skiing, summer tobogganing) and the Margeriaz (downhill skiing), 1h from Grand Bornand or La Clusaz & 2.5h from the major resorts. The space Our studio, new and functional, is located on the 1st floor of our house, accessible by a completely independent entrance. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, espresso maker, combined electric/microwave oven, dishwasher included), open to a living room that serves as a bedroom with its functional and comfortable sofa bed and which has a television, docking station & wifi. We prepare the bed for your arrival, and put at your disposal bathroom linen (and beach towels if needed) as well as the basic necessities for breakfast (coffee, tea, herbal tea) and oil and vinegar, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, tea towels. Free parking & access to a small garden with furniture for lunch and relaxation are available. Non-smoking studio but an ashtray is at your disposal, outside. Our friends the dogs and cats are not allowed. Please inform us of your expected arrival time. We will adapt as much as possible.
