Other things to note - To ensure the safety of our guests and home, we may require ID verification before check-in, and reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed. 1. Cell signal may be weak around the house. Try Wi-Fi calling when you have the internet access. 2. Backyard landscaping is on host's to-do-list and budget. It looks wild for now while providing privacy, planning to do it when budget is allowed. 3. Please do not trespass neighbor's private property to access to the bluff or the beach. There was a public access to the bluff at the old boat ramp at the end of San Juan at Fort Ebey, with a sign "At your own risk". It has been washed out and NOT safe. Please do not use that entrance. The only safe beach access is at Libbey Beach south of the Sierra development at the dead end of Libbey Road. Private property owner reserves their rights to contact the Island County Sheriff’s department for any instances of trespassing. 4. The office and full bath is located on the same floor with garage. All other rooms are located on the main floor. 5. Island county's water is considered "harder" than the land. The house has installed water softening system to provide a better experience. Beside, we are having limited water resources on the island. Please help save the nature and earth and high appreciate for not wasting water. 6. We have a solid wood crib that is located in master bedroom. It can not be moved to other rooms as its size. 7. Just a heads-up, regular landscaping maintenance might occur during your stay. We strive to keep disruptions minimal, but you might notice ongoing landscaping activities. Your understanding is appreciated, and we hope this doesn't affect your enjoyment of our home.
