Close to the new shops and restaurants including Highlands and Edgewater Marketplace. Perfect for young professionals or remote-workers. PLEASE NOTE: I do have a dog (2 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback) - she is super sweet and will be around in the shared space (e.g., living room / kitchen area). The space The Townhouse: The Townhouse is 4 stories with an open living room, dining room, and kitchen area. There's a private backyard with a balcony with stairs leading down to a patio area with a firepit. There's also a rooftop with views of downtown Denver and the mountains. The townhouse also has in-unit laundry available for use. For parking, there is 1 free off-street parking spot available next to the garage. Your Room: Furnished room with a Queen-size bed and workstation. The room has a large closet with hangers. The room gets great light in the morning/afternoon and also has a partial view of the mountains. There are no shared walls for this bedroom. I use Brooklinen or Bed Threads-brand bedding for the guest bed. Your Bathroom: Full bath with tub / shower combination. The bathroom is directly next to your bedroom. Your Host: I work from home Monday-Friday (mainly at my workstation next to the kitchen). Most weeknights and weekends I will have an activity or routine, but I am open to sharing a meal or socializing with guests. If I am available, I would be happy to guide you through Denver. Roux (my 2-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback) will also be around. She will be around the shared space, but will not have access to the private guest areas. Guest access Guests will have full private use of their bedroom and bathroom. They can also use the shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, rooftop, and backyard area.
