Comfortable double bedroom within a shared house. There is a bathroom next door accessed via the landing which may be shared if other guests are staying. House is located on the popular Kingsmead estate which has its own pub, Tesco Express and numerous takeaways. About a 5 min drive into Northwich town centre . Full use of kitchen, living and dining rooms which may be shared with other guests. The space The room is very comfortable and quiet with lovely outlook onto trees across the road to the front of the house. I keep the room and bathroom sparkling clean at all times. The room has a TV, built in wardrobe and bedding and towels are provided. Please note there is not a lock on the bedroom door so guests must be responsible for the safety of their own belongings. Guest access Guests will have full access to the kitchen, dining room and living areas including an outside garden area. There is also a shared downstairs toilet next to the kitchen. There are TVs in both the kitchen and living room. Living room is a smart tv. Please note these communal areas may be shared with other guests who may be checked in at the same time. House rules must be observed before booking.
