There is a fully equipped integrated kitchen, a nice bathroom, a sofa bed with a quality mattress and a table for 4 people. Guests can also take advantage of the pretty covered private courtyard for lunch or lounging on one of our deckchairs. The space Studio on a quiet street in the city center, close to all amenities and shops, no need for vehicles to walk around, shop and stroll around town. Ideal accommodation for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists, bikers... But also for students, interns or people traveling for work. * 5 minutes from the Val Saint Jean lake, its nautical base, its water play area and its golf course * Also 5 minutes from the Salins waterfall and many hikes, and the Lavaurs pond. * 20 minutes from the famous medieval town of Salers, * 30 minutes from the must-see Puy Mary and Puy Violent. * 30 minutes from Lac de Neuvic, Château de Val, Château d'Auzers or Tournemire * 45 minutes from Aurillac and its street theater, the spa town of La Bourboule.
