Please note July and August are weekly rentals. The brand new kitchen with beautiful hand picked granite counters and island opens out to a deck with 2 picnic tables and umbrellas and a grill. The kitchen and dining are all open to each other with an extra pub table for more seating. All this is open to the large living area with a flat screen TV with premium channels. The Carriage House is home to the recreation room with a regulation size pool table, large screen tv, pull out sleeper sofa and half bath. We provide, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, fire pit, games to play, linens and bath towels, 2 sets of washers dryers, brochures and pamphlets of things to do in the area. The South County Bike/Walking Trail which extends 8 miles is located within a 1/4 mile of the front door. Main Street in Wakefield is right around the corner and has a variety of shops of all kinds, and restaurants within walking distance. With in the South County area you will find 30 private and public golf courses. The South Kingstown Dog Park, Entertainment Cinemas, Theatre by-the-Sea, Old Mountain Lanes Bowling, Old Mountain Field where the BEST firework display is, plus basketball courts, baseball field, skate park, tennis courts are all located in very close proximity to The Wakefield., There is always someone available to help you during your stay.
