House on the Walls – Brigantino

Spending a stay at "Brigantino" will be a truly pleasant experience. Forget the routine, get away from stress and enjoy the unique atmosphere of this accommodation. The space Brigantino is a beautiful apartment, part of a small, completely renovated historic building: The "Casa Sulle Mura". The name originates from the location of the building, nestled right in the sixteenth-century walls of the "Borgo di Dentro", the oldest part of the historic center of Loano. It overlooks the Lauteri gardens, a stone's throw from Piazza Italia, the heart of the city, and the "Caruggio", the main artery of the coastal town, a stone's throw from the promenade and the beaches. Brigantino is located on the second floor of this small historic house from the 1500s, which, like the houses of this type, does not have an elevator. Completely restored in 2022, consisting of only 3 housing units, it is located in a beautiful position close to the pedestrian island of the center of Loano, a stone's throw from the port and the promenade. The apartment is new, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The attic accommodation, very spacious and practical, is furnished in a modern and ergonomic way. The living area is very welcoming and bright, with a large window overlooking the characteristic and charming sunken terrace, an ideal place for a good read in total privacy, or for an aperitif in absolute relaxation. The terrace is protected by an electric awning in the event of a very sunny day. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, equipped with all the appliances that can help you in the preparation of your meals (fridge with freezer, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, etc.). The master bedroom is also tastefully furnished and designed to let you rest in absolute serenity. There is also a small bedroom with a single bed and an additional pull-out bed. The large bathroom has a nice spacious shower. The apartment and furniture are new and designed for maximum comfort for your stay. The technological systems serving the accommodation are also new generation, with low energy impact, but designed for the highest level of comfort for guests. Upon your arrival, you will find bed sheets and bath towels according to the guests indicated in the reservation. Upon request, we have a crib and a high chair for the little ones. You can contact the host with any requests. Laundry and extra appliances The house is also equipped with everything that could be useful for a little cleaning (vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan, and various materials) or for washing your clothes (washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board). Guest access The entire apartment is fully at the disposal of guests. You can use the apartment autonomously and independently. The home sleeps four people max, plus a baby in an additional crib. Other things to note Identity documents: Upon your arrival, you will be asked for a copy of an identity document (front/back identity card or passport) of all guests of the house, in order to correctly prepare all the required formalities, registration in the facility and communications with the public security authorities. Minors: Under Italian law, minors (even if they have an identification document) cannot stay in an accommodation facility unless they are accompanied by a parent, or by an adult other than the parents (provided with a specific proxy of at least one of the parents). Tourist Tax: From April 1 to October 31, the Municipality of Loano requires a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day (over 12 years) up to a maximum of 5 days, from the sixth day onwards the tax is no longer due.
