Experience luxury living with access to authentic Chinese food, a large Daiso, and an AMC all downstairs. It is centrally located near two large supermarkets and major freeway entrances. The space The living room includes high-speed wifi, a 55" flat-screen TV with Chromecast and Netflix, a CB2 sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two, clean linens and two large pillows, an end table, cozy blankets, and fun board games! The study area boasts a large Vari electric standing desk that was coined as the "Best Electric Standing Desk" by Good Housekeeping. It has a large 27-inch monitor fit for your work-from-home needs that are Mac and Windows-friendly! In addition, there are paper, pens, highlighters, tape, and pencils in the TV media stand for all your stationery needs. The kitchen area has an integrated kitchen island and two bar stools that can be used for eating, meal prep, and as a workstation. It also includes CB2 coffee mugs, cups, plates, silverware, napkins/towels, pans/pots, hot water kettle, gas stove top, full refrigerator, french press coffee maker, cooking utensils, basic spices, coffee/tea, and some delicious snacks and breakfast items! The master bedroom boasts a double closet fit for him and her as well as a spacious shelf to store all your belongings. There is also a large king-sized bed with comfortable plush Sleep Number pillows! There are clothes hangers, an iron, and a steamer for all your needs. The bathroom includes a hair dryer, feminine products, hair shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, hand lotion, body towels, hand towels, and face towels. There is in-unit laundry included with detergent and a clothes hamper. The condo also has an Ecobee smart thermostat, AC/Heat unit, first-aid safety kit, and smoke and carbon monoxide detector. Please no smoking inside or outside the condo. Please no pets as well. There will be a $500 charge for disobeying smoking and animal rules. Guest access The property has one gated parking space. Information will be provided upon check-in. Other things to note Please remove your shoes upon entering the home. This is to ensure we minimize scratches on our floors. Please no smoking inside or outside the condo. If there is a smoke oder or traces of cannabis/cigarettes in the unit, there will be a $500 charge for disobeying smoking rules. This is to ensure the quality of the next guest’s stay. We appreciate the understanding. There will be a $100 fee if an extension to the reservation is needed within 48 hours. This cost is from the cleaner who books out her time to clean the condo. Please notify me 48 hours prior if you plan on extending. Please ensure you have the correct amount of guests indicated on your reservation. There is a fee for additional guests to keep our services running. For example, a total of one guest means for yourself. A total of two guest means for yourself and an additional person. A correct amount of guests is per Airbnb policy. The comfort and safety of our guests are our top priority! We are taking extra care to sanitize the suite to CDC standards before each guest arrives.
