Watch the sun rise over the golf course through floor-to-ceiling windows in a spacious master suite with a private bathroom. Located minutes from major highways, mall and shopping centers. Near Falls Church, Oakton, Vienna. Only 15 minutes from George Mason University (GMU) (5.9 miles), 30 minutes from the city (20 miles), 30 minutes from DCA airport (23 miles) , and 18 minutes to IAD airport (11 miles). The space This is a corner unit, two-story townhouse. The main floor is laid out with bamboo floors and a modern-decor throughout the living and dining room, with a half a bath for convenience. The cozy kitchen is fully stocked and comes with a gas stove, oven, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a large deck overlooking the golf course. The stairs and upstairs bedroom are carpeted. The suite is 18’x11.6’ with huge windows over the golf course facing East for that spectacular morning sunrise. The closet is 11.6’ long and provides shelving and hangers for your cloths. The bathroom has one sink and bathtub shower. Amenities included. The washer and dryer is located on the second floor. There is plenty of guest parking. Please park in “MEWS ONLY” areas. Guest access Access is through the main door. To get to the main door there are three steps. During your stay I am available for questions by phone, text or email. If there is a way that I can make your experience better, don’t hesitate to ask me. I’m here to help and host. Other things to note Please remove your shoes upon entering the house. You are welcome to use the kitchen for food preparation as long as you clean up after yourself. Please follow CDC guidelines for living in shared housing.
