The property is located in a central area, less than 10 minutes on foot from the station, in an area full of services and in a strategic position to reach the main attractions of the center, such as Piazza Duomo, the Ursino Castle and the Bellini Theater on foot or by public transport. The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The space The property is organized as follows: -LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE: (gas hob, moka, refrigerator, electric oven, kitchenware, wine glasses), sofa, dining table with chairs, split A/C; -BEDROOM with double bed, TV, wardrobe; -BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.
