This Mid-Century Modern Tiny Home is located on an 11 acre homestead with animals and gardens. Enjoy the sounds of farm life and meet our Aberdeen cattle, Guinea fowl, farm dog “Lily”, barn cat “Cally” and the favorite of the farm, “Max”, our friendly Golden Retriever. The exquisitely decorated space includes two king size beds, a kitchenette and walk in tiled bathroom with luxury shower heads. Sip coffee on the private back balcony and enjoy the sounds of songbirds. The space There is a deep discount on our nightly rate when you book Saturday and Sunday together. Consider this option for a budget weekend getaway. No other discounts are offered. This tiny house features a king size bed and seating in the main area which is open to the kitchen. Over the kitchen is an open loft with a king size bed which overlooks the main area. The loft is accessed by a ladder and has very low ceilings. There is a patio on the back of the house with dining seating for 4. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. The home is located in the country and although we have regularly scheduled preventative pest control, you might see bugs in the guest house, especially if you leave the door open at night. Moths, gnats, Beatles and an occasional spider are all possible depending on the time of year. That being said, most guests will not encounter any bugs beyond mosquitoes. If this would ruin your vacation, please book a place downtown, you’ll be much happier. ☺️ This space was completed in October of 2022 and everything is brand new and sparkling clean. Guest access You will have access to roam on the area right around the guesthouse. Our driveway also offers a lovely place for a quiet evening walk. For your safety, please do not enter the animal pens. Also, please respect the yards of the other homes on the property as Private Property. Thank you!
