Welcome to your home away from home! This beautiful, newly renovated and tastefully decorated house is located near USF, VA hospital, Bush Gardens, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, etc. It has brand new laminate flooring; the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, plenty of kitchen tools and complimentary tea and coffee. There are plenty of dishes for your family/ group and a nice patio area for entertaining! This area has everything you might need during your stay. The space This cozy and spacious house is newly renovated and each room is ready for you to sleep comfortably in queen size beds and twin XL bunk beds! The master suite has a large walk-in shower and large drawers for storing your belongings. All fans and lighting fixtures are new and you’ll see beautiful, brand new laminate flooring and tile throughout the house. The TV has streaming capabilities/Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glasstop stove, a fridge with a filtered ice maker and plenty of pots, pans, and kitchen tools (air fryer, toaster, blender, etc.) for your stay. Complementary tea, coffee are provided. You can also find a washer and dryer on property. The sliding door leads you to a sitting area perfect for you to enjoy your coffee or for entertaining. Please, make sure to lock it each time you leave the house. The back porch has a timer to have lights turn on between 8:30-11:00pm. Please, don’t change the settings or disconnect the extension…Also, we have listened to previous guests who complaint about not being able to enjoy the wonderful backyard space because of mosquitos. We screened the area for your convenience and enjoyment! The keypad on the front door makes check-in a breeze. Guests will receive a code by 3:00pm on check-in day or before, to unlock and lock the front door. Guest access Feel free to use everything that’s in the house, should you need it. I have provided a small cooler and 5 beach towels in case you take a trip to one of our wonderful beaches! There’s also a portable BBQ in the backyard in case you feel like grilling! I just ask you to clean it before leaving… however, if you don’t want to do that, please pay a $50 fee and I’ll take care of it! In addition, there’s a hotel style safe in the master closet for your convenience. Please, don’t let kids create a code; they might forget it and the safe can’t be opened…Also, don’t let kids wander into the shed located in the back of the house; it is not safe! Other things to note There’s a friendly neighborhood cat that roams around in the backyard from time to time!
