The entire house You can message me any time before or during your stay if you need anything or have any questions. If anything is damaged or broken or just want to let us know how we are doing, just send me a message while you’re there! The neighborhood is fairly quiet and close to the square. There is enough room for one vehicle to park in front of the house. Guidelines for Pets - if they shed a lot just let me know - no chewing or tearing up furniture - bathroom accidents can happen, just please clean it up afterwards. Smoking If there is any smoking in the garage or the house itself there will be a $200 cleaning fee added to the bill. Feel free to smoke outside. We truly appreciate it. Parties There are to be no parties at this residence. We have neighbors that will let us know if anything like that happens.
