Guests have access to the entire 2000sqft house including entertainment room(garage) and driveway to park. Guests can't access the storage in hallway between the 2 bedrooms and the storage room inside the master bathroom. Other things to note City of Desert Hot Springs rental guidelines: -After 8pm quiet hours. Please ensure zero music outside and human noise to absolute minimum. -Music cell phone/laptop level only before 8pm. It cannot be audible at the property line or front of the house. -No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or Karaoke is allowed at any time during your stay both outside and inside of the house. -Max overnight guests: 8 adults -Primary renter must be at least 25 years old Breaking any of the city rules will result in code enforcement fines payable fully by guest and potential evictions. If the person that booked the reservation cannot attend their phone in case of an issue, please provide an alternative number, if we have to dispatch emergency contact, there will be $50 during the day and $100 after 10pm charge to the guest. HOUSE RULES: Please review these additional rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay: -NO PETS. We love our four-legged friends but out of respect for all our guests pets are NOT allowed. $1,000 fine will be applied for a violation. -NO SMOKING inside the house, no exceptions. Outside smoking is allowed. $1,500 fee will be applied for a violation. -Please collapse the umbrellas any time they are not in use (Desert gets very windy) EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help you UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $100, payment has to be provided upon request or request will NOT BE VALIDATED. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $100 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Pool Heating There is a surcharge for heating the pool with SPA heating included. Pool heating is $100/day or $50/day for spa heating alone. Pool will be heated to 86 degrees max and SPA to 101 degrees max. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. We kindly ask for pool heating to be requested at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date to give the pool enough time to reach the desired temperature upon arrival. If requested on time, the pool will be heated up to 86 degrees upon your arrival. It takes around 24 hours to heat the pool, please remember to request heating in advance. The pool is heated only from 8am to 8pm. Safety & Security In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras to monitor main entry points. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior of the home; there are no cameras on the interior. Disclosures - The owner is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness occurring during the stay. - Renter shall cover any damages made to the property during his/her stay and shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. - Swim at your own risk.
