This duplex sleeps up to 24, ground floor apt sleeps 12, duplex next door sleeps 22 (We have house next door too for groups of 50 plus!) 300m to stadium & nightlife available for hire to large groups, Hen’s Stag’s sports clubs Duplex apartments - Games Room, Pool Table, Retro Arcade Game, Dart Board, - Hot tub in garden - garden is a sun trap BBQ The space This HUGE Apartment sleeps up to 24 please message me with exact numbers of guests as for guests over 16 we will need to send a quote to add on the extra’s as airbnb will only let you go up to 16! This listing is the duplex 1st and 2nd floor apartment. 3 Huge Dormitory style bedrooms with mixture of bunk beds, single beds and king size beds sleeps 18 in proper beds, we also have an additional 2no sofa beds and 4 single mattresses kept under four of the bunk beds for a single futon style bed on the floor so sleeps 24 maximum If your group is larger we have the ground floor apartment sleeping up to 13 (at a push 10 is comfortable lol) this is completely self contained with own living room, bathroom and kitchen but is in the same house so you can all stay together! We also now have the house next door live which sleeps 22 guests, this also has its own kitchen large diner and lounge area and games room plus garden with hot tub. we can cater for huge groups on tour!!! please get in touch if this is what you need! The house is going through a complete programme of redecoration (room by room) we do the works midweek and it is back ti hire ready status each weekend! We now have 3 extra shower rooms so the duplex apartment has 4 bath/shower rooms and a separate dressing room for getting ready for your too night out in Cardiff! Which by the way is just a 7 MINUTE STROLL INTO TOWN!!!! There is a Hot tub and the garden is also getting a revamp, we are improving it each week. For now there’s a nice area laid with artificial grass around the hot tub and garden furniture to relax on when the sun shines. Garden is sun trap too! Ignore the fact that beds are not made up, its literally just been acquired and i wanted to get it online (oops), all bedlinen and towels are supplied and beds will be made up for your stay! The apartment has a small but functional kitchen, for contractor bookings and smaller groups its perfectly fine and is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, Bosch Tassino coffee machine, pots and pans, utensils and lots of cutlery and crockery! AND A BREVILLE TOASTIE MAKER! We have also just purchased air fryers god your use. It really is a home from home ! For large groups of up to 24, there may not be enough room to rustle up a 3 course meal or all sit at the table but rest assured there's enough plates and cutlery and cups and glasses for up to 24 people so you wont need to take turns when eating your takeaways and bacon sarnies/breakfasts! We have a Living/Games Room with several sofas and chairs and:- Large Screen Smart TV Pool table Table football Street Fighter Retro Arcade Machine Dart Board (please use responsibly and nobody under 18 years old) Garden being revamped in summer will have BBQ seated areas, canopy and garden furniture for sunny summer days (usable hours 9am til 9pm) Guest access Entire place plus small garden accessed via steel stairs Other things to note All guests are required to provide Photo ID and sign T&C's (in addition to those agreed on by booking through Airbnb) Security deposit also required £300 (£500 for groups over 10 guests) We fully expect our guests to enjoy themselves whilst staying with us for their visit to Cardiff but 'Parties' are not allowed. the house/apartments should be used as a base for you all to stay together and explore the fantastic nightlife that Cardiff has to offer. The house is not a 'Venue'. Extra visitors will need prior approval from ourselves, and quiet hours should be observed between 10pm and 9am, ie music kept to a low volume that cannot be heard outside and being mindful of voice volumes (no shouting screaming etc) That said, respectful groups chatting to the small hours with music on low is fine! Please also keep noise to a minimum when entering/leaving the house so our neighbours peace is not disturbed, thank you ever so! We also reserve the right to refuse local bookings (within 20 miles) in accordance with Airbnb's adherance to the strict no party rule
