"Casa del Sol" offers you a relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful regions of Tenerife between Garachico and Icod de Los Vinos. The house is located in a quiet residential street. It was built in 1930 in the classic Canarian style and a few years ago extended by a floor with modern style elements. Enjoy the view from the spacious terrace over banana plantations to the sea, the Teno Mountains or the sunset. The space For rent is a semi-detached house. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a second with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine. Upstairs is the living room and a fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher and a dining area. A TV and wifi are available. On the terrace there is a large dining table and there are two sun loungers with umbrella for you. There is a work area with a desk and an office chair, so the house is also perfect for working there. As befits a "House of the Sun", we obtain our electricity from solar energy. Guest access The complete half of the house is at the guests' disposal Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the house. Please use the terrace for this purpose. Towels and bed linen are available. Respectful treatment of the house and its furnishings is expected. In the interest of our neighbors, larger parties are not allowed. The house is not suitable for pets. Parking is available in front of the house. A bus stop, restaurants/cafes and a small village store are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest bathing area can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It is accessible via a rather steep road and a longer flight of stairs from the village center! The banana plantation is private property, the route to the beach is not possible via it.
