The space Peaceful and private community, less crowed, a large seafront swimming pool and kids pool, perfect for family relax and easy to travel in HuaHin center. Our room provides high speed fiber WiFi making guests to flexibly work online or enjoy home entertainment via internet TV. Guest can easily enjoy food delivery services. The food delivery spot is provided at the property entrance. Guest can do self-service-laundry at nearby self-laundry shop in less than 10mins walk from the property. Other things to note To green the world, guest is required to pay utility bill based on actual used during the stay. It is 7 THB per electricity unit (KWH) and 30 THB per water unit (cubic meter) A deposit of 4,000THB is required for “Property Access Key” for accessing into the unit. Deposit will be returned to guest upon returning “Property Access Key” without damage. Please also refer to House Rules. No smoking, No pet in the room, at the balcony, and around the property. However, guest can smoke at the dedicated smoking area. Quite hours are also applied 10pm to 7am.
