Welcome to my lovingly furnished apartment in Krieglach! Ideal for singles, couples & families, it is quiet yet centrally located: town center (8 min.)train station (8 min.), shopping (5 min.) within walking distance. The space The apartment has one bedroom with double bed (180 x 200), large wardrobe and dresser and a second bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), small couch and wardrobe. You are welcome to use the books and toys. The bedrooms and also bathrooms and toilets are separately accessible. The kitchen is fully equipped and may be used (incl. appliances, dishes and cutlery) can be used. In the bathroom there is a double sink, a large bathtub and a large towel warmer (which is also good for drying wet ski clothing). Furthermore, washing machine and dryer (in the kitchen) can be used. A highlight is the large terrace with a cozy sitting area, hammock and privacy screen. The whole apartment is equipped with floor heating. Other things to note Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. An ashtray is available. In consideration of the neighbors, no parties may be held and the night's peace must be observed.
