Escape to the tranquility of the Colombian countryside in our beautiful villa located just outside of Fusagasuga. Surrounded by lush greenery and stunning mountain views, our villa offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The villa features spacious and comfortable accommodations, perfect for families or groups of friends. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, a large outdoor terrace and swimming pool, perfect for relaxing. The space Ideal for families or groups. Here you can enjoy the tranquility by been surrounded by trees and garden, you can rest in hammocks, take daily walks, and enjoy ideal spaces to read, listen to music, cook a barbeque, camping, swim in the pool, play ping pong and much more. Within the property there is an extra cabin for the person who attends and takes care of our villa, him and his wife lived there but, he does not interfered with guests at all, only in case of an emergency. This cabin is located 50 mts from the main house. The villa has 4 bedrooms, and each room has a ceiling fan. in the common area, you'll find a vast living room with a smart TV, combined with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 8 people. Leading out from the living room, there is a wrapped around balcony/deck, a gazebo with outdoor dining tables, a swimming pool with extra sitting and umbrellas, overlooking the beautiful views that this region has to offer. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people. Guest access Guests have access to the entirely property, pool, BBQ, Gazebo, etc. We have a 2nd small house where our maintenance person lives, he does not interfered with guests at all, only in case of an emergency. He also give guests their privacy. Other things to note To access the villa is recommended to arrive by private car as it is on the outside of Fusagasuga, or you can take a taxi. There is a river near the villa, 20 min. walking, if the climate is sunny you can take a walk there. Also, within walking distance there is a typical Colombian restaurant and a convenient store. Within the property there is an extra small house for the person who attends and takes care of our villa, him and his wife lived there but, he does not interfered with guests at all, only in case of an emergency. This house is located 50 mts from the main house, also, there are 2 big dogs, they are kept in their cage 40 mts from the house, if you bring your pet please make sure they are not leave unattended. If extra cleaning is needed while your stay, we have a cleaner available for $80,000 Colombian pesos per request.
