This is a ground floor bedroom, it’s close to the town centre and the university, the bathroom is shared with the guests from 2 other rooms. There is a fireplace, piano, workspace and Fiber internet. There’s a shared kitchen with everything you would need and free parking available too. If this room is fully booked please check our other rooms at Heathcoat Street. The space This is a 1930's 5 bedroom house which is usually occupied by visiting lecturers, professionals, and parents of university students. The atmosphere is calm, respectful and friendly, and we’re proud to say we’ve had consistently positive experiences with our guests. Each guest has their own designated private room and access to the shared entrance and kitchen, living room and bathroom. During your stay We love hearing from you but we do have 8 rooms to take care of so we've done our best to make the instructions as clear as possible but were here if you need anything further at all :) Other things to note Please always be respectful of other guests and our neighbours and plan your arrival carefully.
