The Studio is only moments away from lush green parks, the exciting food strip in Ashfield and the Aquatic centre. Situated on a quiet, tree-lined street with free parking .Close to public transport, parks, restaurants and shopping and less than 10kms to the City. However you should expect some noise from native birds, airplanes (typical for all Inner Western Sydney suburbs) and the occasional possum. -Ashfield Train Station - 10 min walk -Sydney CBD - train is 21 mins, drive is 20 to 40 mins (on/off peek). Our home is behind the dwelling, separated by our yard. You will enter via a different road, with privacy from our main home - but we are available if you need anything.
