The space Nestled in the captivating foothills of Cambewarra Mountain, and bordering Cambewarra Village, ROSE & BARN COUNTRYSIDE RETREAT encompasses a serene one-acre plot enveloped by picturesque farmland. Offering three distinct lodgings available for individual booking or group reservations, The Barn stands as one of these unique accommodations. Guest access The 'Barn Cottage' is located at the rear of the one-acre property and has its own driveway off Tannery Road. Other things to note The Barn has lots of private garden areas around it to be enjoyed, maybe with a match of finska or a little bit of badminton. We have recently added as well an outdoor firepit, perfectly placed to enjoy the amazing views of the mountain. The property features as well a "communal" entertaining area with another large fire pit + a covered dining area, which can be illuminated by night and with the magnificent backdrop of Cambewarra Mountain and borrowed views of the surrounding farmland it's the perfect spot to watch the day goes by. The communal area is welcome to be used by guests with notification to the host to ensure privacy for everyone else who might stay on the property. Although offering rural tranquility, the property is central to the entire region and is only 15 minutes from the townships of Berry and Kangaroo Valley, 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay, Shoalhaven Heads, Gerringong or Huskisson, and for convenience, only 5 minutes the Bomaderry Shopping complex (incl Woolworth, BWS, Pharmacy, Coffeeshop, Fast Food options, Massage Spa & Nailspa).
