There is zero tolerance for loud noise, parties, disturbing the peace, police calls, etc. No refunds will be given if guests are removed from the property. Automatic forfeiture of the booking if police or management is called or involved. The city of Cape Coral’s city Noise Ordinance is 10pm –7am. - PETS - PETS FOUND ON PROPERTIES NOT ALLOWING PETS OR PETS THAT WERE NOT APPROVED IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OR FORFIETURE OF RESERVATION. No refunds, credits or discounts will be given for adverse weather conditions or technical/mechanical issues. - GRILLS/FIRE PITS: Are a courtesy of the owner and responsibility of the guest.
