A 5 min walk to a brewery and coffee shop, an 8 min drive to downtown, and a 15 min drive to hiking/biking trails in Golden. The perfect spot to work remote, explore Denver, with quick access to the mountains. The space This listing is for the main level of the home with a layout for maximum privacy. Queen size memory foam mattress, separate office/TV room (with Netflix) + pullout couch, and the funky bright decor create a cozy home away from home. The office is full of natural light and the house gets incredibly fast wifi making it a perfect space to work remotely. The kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook, stocked with everything to make meal prep easy. Guest access Private bedroom, private bathroom, private office/second bedroom, private living room. For holiday bookings, enjoy the private kitchen and backyard. For non-holiday bookings, kitchen and backyard are shared with 1 downstairs tenant + laundry room (for stays longer than 5 days). During your stay I am always available by phone and text, so don't hesitate to reach out. If for some reason I am out of service, a friend will help manage the space and can be your go-to for any question or concerns. I love giving tips for the area so feel free to ask any questions! Other things to note This listing is for the upstairs level of the home; a tenant lives in the garden level below but is quiet and often gone for holiday bookings (just ask!). There is a locking door separating the downstairs for privacy. I rent the upstairs floor when I travel, so my things will still be in closets, cupboards, and some drawers. A cat does typically live upstairs (she'll be downstairs during your stay). If you have a bad cat allergy, there still may be some lingering hair in the upstairs space. She's hypoallergenic, but worth noting.
