Situated in the beautiful village of Llandderfel near Bala, this cottage is ideal for a peaceful getaway. A fantastic base for walking or just chilling, the local, dog friendly pub with excellent food a short walk away. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, has full central heating and a log/coal burner. 1x double bed, 1x single and a double sofa bed in the lounge if needed. Bala town & lake 10mins drive. Parking is free in the village square. Well behaved pets allowed The space If you’re looking for somewhere cosy, peaceful and tranquil, this is it! The place really does have a lovely peaceful feel. Fully enclosed rear garden with decking area overlooking open fields. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Full central heating throughout with a wood burner in the lounge (Wood supplied for one night). Flat screen TV with DVD player, and a selection of DVDs to choose from. Just a short walk to the Bryntirion Inn which serves high quality food, real ales and is dog friendly. An even shorter walk to a great children’s play area. Lots of walking routes nearby, you don’t need to get in your car to access them. Beautiful Bala Lake just a short drive away. Other things to note Please be careful on the decking in the winter at the end of the back garden as it can be slippery. EV charging just up the road in the village car park, see pictures. Note that the stairs are fairly narrow as is typical of cottages this age and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Parking is best just up the road opposite in the village square. Unloading outside the cottage is fine but I like to keep the front of the cottage clear for the neighbours 😊
