This cabin has everything you need to enjoy a good 'old fashioned Wisconsin week! Whether fishing, kayaking, swimming or roasting marshmallows, this 3-bedroom retreat offers an outdoor firepit, private lake front , and a pier to park your boat. Lilly pad available for rent($50) per stay, from the cabin if notified 1 week prior to your stay. Interested in renting a boat? No problem! Sunny Day boat rental will bring a boat right to our pier! This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home features the following sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 - queen bed and a twin bed Bedroom 2 - queen bed Bedroom 3 - queen bed Living Room - sofa queen pull out bed The living room is equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment. Guest access Guest Access: Guests may arrive any time after 4 PM on the day of check-in. (Earlier check-in may be available for additional fee if not previously rented- please contact host for early check-in). We have a keyless door entry and will provide you a code to enter and exit the property on the day of check-in. Boat Usage: Bringing your own boat? Perfect! We are just a short walk away from a local boat launch. Feel free to launch your boat there and park your trailer in our drive way. You may also park your boat at our pier through the duration of your stay. Interested in renting a boat? No problem! We have local recommendations of companies who will bring a boat right to our pier! Message us for more information. Guests/Visitors: We love having friends over, but do not allow any additional overnight visitors other than what has been previously approved. If your plans change, please contact us to seek approval. Additionally, we do not allow for any events of any kind during your stay. Please Note - NO GARAGE OR GRILL ACCESS AVAILABLE October-May. Other things to note Inventory: Please remember that you are renting a private home, not a hotel room or timeshare. For your convenience, some essentials (bathroom paper, 1 towel paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap) have been provided. Depending on the length of your stay, the items are not intended to last for your entire rental period. While we do supply sheets and comforters, we ask that you bring your own beach towels. If you run out of supplies, the nearest grocery story is Piggly Wiggly at 450 N Margaret St., Markesan. We also recommend that you bring your own bug spray and cosmetics for the duration of your stay, but should you forget anything, please feel free to help yourself to anything you find in the cabin. Other Important things to Know: We are so delighted to have you stay at our cabin! We ask that you please treat our home as if it is your own and follow the stated house rules below carefully: Quiet Hours: While our neighbors are wonderful, please respect their tranquility by refraining from loud noise between 10 PM and 8 AM. Pet Policy: We welcome pets but kindly limit them to 2 small-medium breed dogs or 1 large dog. Please keep them off the furniture, on leashes outside the cabin, and clean up after them. Avoid entering the neighbors' property. A $125 per pet fee applies, and failure to clean up incurs a $50 fee. Non-Smoking: Please note that this is a non-smoking home and we do not allow illicit drug use at any time while on our property.Any evidence or smell of smoking will result in a automatic $250 charge. Events: Fireworks of any kind are not allowed during your stay. We are also not able to host any events at our property. Appliances, Utilities, and Security: Kindly turn off all lights, fans, and electronics when checking out or leaving the property. Please place all dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher prior to departure, and lock all doors and windows before departure. We are not responsible for the loss of personal valuables or belongings. Garbage & Recycling: Please empty all garbage and recycling and put in in the garbage bins outside. If your garbage does not fit inside, please plan to take it with you to dispose of yourself. We will ensure adequate room in the bins, but garbage left inside our home will result in a $50 fee. Garbage cans can be put at the road Sunday night for Monday pickup. Damages: We understand that accidents happen! We ask that you report any accidental damages prior to check-out in a timely manner. In case of damage to property that is not covered by insurances, guests will pay for the repair. Please be respectful of our space and keep furniture in the room you found it in. Lake use: No lifeguard. Lake may be used at your own risk. Winter: Winter is a little challenging at the cabin but our favorite time there! It is extremely peaceful and beautiful there in the snow. We hire someone to plow once the snow storm passes. Please wear appropriate winter footwear and be prepared to shovel if booking during the winter months. Compliance: Violating any of the rules above constitutes a breach of the agreed terms and conditions. We reserve the right to evict guests or visitors not adhering to these rules. Cancellation Policy: We recommend guests acquire travel insurance for coverage in unforeseen circumstances like illness, family emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. No refunds or exceptions are made to our cancellation policy.
