There is another guest unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from the nextdoor unit. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not recommend booking this. The space Please read carefully, This is an UPSTAIRS apartment over a detached garage. There is a SPIRAL staircase to access the apartment. It has one bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. There is NO shared interior space with adjacent apartment. You only share the deck outside and the grounds outside. Please READ Carefully there is: NO stove in this unit. ONLY has: microwave, mini fridge, & single pod coffee maker This is NOT a fully stocked kitchen. No dishes No paper towels We provide 2 coffee mugs, 2 glasses, K-Cup coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and 2 sets of silverware. Shampoo/body wash combination bottle in the shower, hand soap bottle on the bathroom sink. We supply 4 towels, 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 1 bathmat, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you need fresh towels or toilet paper during your stay you can request it on the app and we will bring you a fresh set. There is a Kroger grocery store a couple minutes down the road. NO Pets NO smoking on the property ONLY 2 adults allowed NO EXCEPTIONS There is an adjacent unit next to this, you may hear noise from the unit next door. This has a balcony entrance and the balcony is shared with the neighboring unit. Other things to note Any issue the guest has with the unit shall be immediately reported to the Manager via the Airbnb messaging service. Guest understands the manager shall have a reasonable amount of time to address any concern.
