Large fenced in back yard for pets and a built in fire pit for those cooler nights. You will find all the basics you need whether it’s for the night or awhile. located right outside front gate and minutes from shopping and all the restaurants Jacksonville has to offer.30 mins to Topsail and Emerald Isle. pay the pet fee please. Access to all but the master room closet, garage and work shop out back. Woods is off limits! Guest access Entire house except master bedroom closet, garage and work shop in the back Other things to note There are a few external plug in heaters on the first floor by the fireplace. It heats the bottom floor well. The fire place has never been used since purchased. Don’t go into the woods in the back please. !!currently at the moment the downstairs outdoor heating/ac unit is under the weather. There is a down stairs ac unit that does a swell job and space heaters if need in downstairs closet!! Sorry for inconvenience. The house is going through remodeling projects February through may. All New floors downstairs coming soon and all new curtains!( floor and curtains newly installed March 2023!) new updated pictures coming soon Pets- Property is fenced in and other properties may have dogs. Must clean up after your pet. Don’t bring it inside. Put in outside trash can. 1 dog limit. I may allow you to have another but you must message me first to get approved and I will add another pet fee of 100 to your price. I take pictures before and after each stay being this house. All furniture as well. It would be best to not allow dogs in carpet bedrooms. Must be caged up if leaving property. A accident to the carpet, couch, or beds is gonna be billed 50$/ per. A land mine left in the backyard is 5$/ per. My Airbnb books fast so I don’t have time to fix anything between stays. So damages that occur needs fully replaced immediately. If your dog tears my couch, you bought the couch. Chairs, fridge, beds, trim, doors; cabinetry, linens, and such. You know the price to gamble now, play it safe. NO PETS UPSTAIRS. trash day is Friday
