Guest access You have access to all the finished rooms/living spaces in the Mansion on the first floor and 2nd floor. The subterranean (basement) is off limits to guests. The separate Wine Lounge/bridal studio is also off limits. The garage can be used for egress and unloading luggage/groceries. Otherwise Property vehicles and equipment are parked there. Guests are welcome to enjoy the beautiful, three acres the property has to offer with a State trail following the Mohawk river at the base of our hill. The fountain and pond water features are off November 1st through Spring. Vehicle Recommendation: This is a private HILLTOP property close to a river in a ski region. Due to potential snow accumulation, we recommend guests use an AWD (All-Wheel Drive), truck, or SUV with proper tires to navigate the hill leading up to the Wine Lounge. This ensures a safer and more comfortable journey to the property. If your vehicle can not make it up a stone driveway, it is a 500 ft hike up to the Hilltop. See pictures in gallery. It's a winter wonderland. Be prepared. We plow automatically at 2 inches or more of snow. Anything under 2 inches a proper awd with good snow rated tires will have no issues. This is a non refundable reservation. - Non-Refundable Bookings: Please note that bookings are non-refundable. Travel insurance is available through third-party companies or Airbnb for an additional charge. Your local insurance agent can provide quotes. - Reservation Requirements: 8 cars maximum. Please Do not violate max capacity limits of cars or people. Booking guest must have a valid ID, credit card, phone number, and email for reservation. You also agree ANY damage including linens, towels, furniture, Glassware etc you will be responsible for replacement costs. - Travel Proud: The Mansion at Rebecca's Fountain is a proud property ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming stay for all guests. - House Rules: Smoking, parties, and other violations result in additional fees. For example, a smoking deodorizing fee is a minimum of $1020, party/gathering/visitors fee is +$3000, and unlisted guests incur a charge of $155 per person per night of the reservation. - Property Security: Our security monitors the grounds and external security cameras with Facial recognition technology. Unlisted guests will be denied access or be required to leave without payment. The number of guests in your Airbnb reservation MUST match your actual guest count. No partial refunds. The price you pay is final and due even if less people arrive. Full time Staff/Security lives onsite in basement suite even if you don’t hire for additional services. - Additional Rollaway Beds: Two additional single rollaway beds are available when requested (and extra guest fee paid) to be placed in two of the 2nd floor King Bedrooms. Including these two, we have 11 beds in the Mansion. Please, no sleeping on the sofas. - Peak Season Booking: For visitors during the world-famous Saratoga Racetrack and summer concert season (June, July, August, and September), book early to secure this special home during peak season. Discounts are offered for early bird bookings and season-long stays. The longer your reservation the more you save. - COVID-19 Safety Measures: - Face masks for guests are available. - Hand sanitizer in guest accommodations in key areas. - First aid kit available. - Contactless check-in and check-out. - Use of cleaning chemicals effective against the coronavirus. - Each guest is supplied with their own set of 1 Bath Towel, 1 hand towel, 1 face towel, 1 black makeup towel. Linens, towels, and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines at a local dry cleaning facility. Please remove all makeup to prevent damage to white linens and furniture. Guests will be charged for replacement of makeup/blood/ dirt/ sauces can not be removed from any items. Towels are high quality and very expensive each. You will be charged for missing or damaged items. REMEMBER, this is SOMEONES HOME. TREAT EVERYTHING WITH CARE.
