No unofficial guest/s is/are allowed and maximum of 4 persons ( 4 adults; 2 adults and 2kids) are allowed with host’s full knowledge and approval. This is to ensure the best experience & comfort of your stay. NO VISITOR/S IS/ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. There is a lounge in the tower lobby at the ground floor to meet or entertain visitors. For our long staying guests, 7 days or more, we offer a weekly cleaning that is done on 7th day of your stay. There will be a service charge of PHP 500.00 per cleaning. It covers the changing of linens, towels, and cleaning the room. Additional cleaning fee will be collected upon check-in. Cleaning for last week prior to departure is already covered and paid for when you book. Linen stains, towel stains, damages and destroyed items during the stay will be charged to the guest accordingly. Daily housekeeping is not included in the quoted rental fee. Additional housekeeping service may be provided per request at an additional cost. We provide indoor slippers that our guests can use and it's strictly for indoor use ONLY.
