Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable. The space The unit consists of a combined living/dining area with french doors that open outward to a spacious sunny private patio area. The kitchen has full-size appliances and ample cabinet space with two separate pantries. There is a 65" TV mounted on the wall. The bedroom has a queen size bed and large organized closet. A 44" TV is mounted above the closet to preserve space. Both living and sleeping areas have Daikin inverters (heat & A/C). The shower has grab bars and a seating area. In the laundry room there is a complete full-sized, stacked, LG washer/dryer. There is ample outdoor space to store bicycles, surfboards, etc.
