The entire building underwent a full refurbishment in 2014, resulting in a modern and fresh space for our guests to enjoy in comfort. Access to the apartment is through a stairway directly from the front door. Inside the apartment, you will find it fully furnished with a 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa, along with a smart TV for your entertainment. Complimentary wifi is also provided for your convenience. The dining area is equipped with a dining table and chairs to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. We have also provided all necessary tableware and cooking utensils for your convenience. Both the double bedroom and twin bedroom feature double fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers, ensuring ample storage space for your belongings. Coathangers are also provided. In the shower room, you will find hand wash, shower gel, and shampoo for your use. Additionally, a tumble dryer, ironing board, and iron are available within the apartment. For your comfort and convenience, all towels and bed linen are provided during your stay. A welcome tray with tea, coffee and biscuits is provided to help guests settle into the apartment. Complimentary coffee pods are also included. Other things to note We welcome well behaved dogs to our apartment. We kindly ask that dogs are kept off beds and seating and that dirty paws are wiped before entering the apartment. Please do not leave your dog alone in the apartment for extended periods of time. Please ensure all poo is lifted and disposed of appropriately. There is a £10 surcharge per stay. Please place this in an envelope with your name on and post it in the mailbox at the front door.
