Just a stone's throw from the city center, only a few minutes walk to Central Station and the city's entertainment and shopping. Guest access There is a washing machine that can be used by you for a fee by agreement, only for guests who stay at least 3 nights. Parking in the yard is not possible but parking spaces are available on nearby streets and are paid via the Parkster app. Other things to note Parking is available just a few meters from the house. Free between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and on Sundays. At other times, a fee applies via Parkster or EasyPark. A parking garage is available at Central Station. Clean bed linens and towels will be provided upon your arrival, and you can easily make the bed yourself ☺️ The property has self check-in, but I am always available throughout your stay via the Airbnb app. For same-day bookings, keys are handed over according to the agreed arrival time. On hot summer days, there is a portable A/C to ensure a comfortable indoor temperature.
