Close to everything in this peaceful and centrally-located place. Nice little place with most of what is needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment has a hall with closets, living room and sleeping alcove. Kitchenette with stove, oven and fridge/freezer. En-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. Just a stone's throw from the city center, only a few minutes' walk to the Central Station and the city's entertainment and shopping. Perfect if you value the proximity to the city center but at the same time want a quiet and peaceful accommodation. The space A quiet and peaceful accommodation in an older house in a quiet and central area. Here you can relax and do what you want. A simple home equipped for a functional everyday life. In the sleeping alcove, you sleep well. The apartment has a Residual Current Device (RCD). New from 7/15 -25: In summer, the accommodation has a portable AC Guest access There is a washing machine that can be used by you for a fee by agreement, only for guests who stay at least 3 nights. Parking in the yard is not possible but parking spaces are available on nearby streets and are paid via the Parkster app. Other things to note Parking is available just a few meters from the house. Free between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and on Sundays. At other times, a fee applies via Parkster or EasyPark. A parking garage is available at Central Station. Clean bed linens and towels will be provided upon your arrival, and you can easily make the bed yourself ☺️ The property has self check-in, but I am always available throughout your stay via the Airbnb app. For same-day bookings, keys are handed over according to the agreed arrival time. On hot summer days, there is a portable A/C to ensure a comfortable indoor temperature.
