Just a stone's throw from the city center, only a few minutes' walk to the Central Station and the city's entertainment and shopping. Perfect if you value the proximity to the city center but at the same time want a quiet and peaceful accommodation. The brick façade was added later and gives the house its current character, while the original charm remains.
