We built our home in 2014 with the idea of bringing the outdoors in & created a house feel is a relaxing, sunny, expansive space. We are centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, close to ocean and bay beaches, near town and the marina and next to Montauk Downs for tennis, golf and a swimming pool. Please note: There is a 14 night minimum stay requirement. East Hampton rental registry ID 23-947 The space This custom home was completed in Spring 2014. This house was designed to bring the outside in with a light filled open plan for easy summer living. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 6. Top of the line finishes, including stainless steel appliances, a soapstone counter central kitchen island, an extra deep soaking tub and large walk-in shower. There is a large indoor dining table (seats 6) and an extra large outdoor table (seats up to 10). The kitchen and living areas are connected to an extra large deck with a gas grill and large private backyard with an outdoor shower. The house has zoned heat and central air conditioning, plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, plus complete linens and beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The house is in an established, quiet neighborhood close to everything and is a quick bike or car ride to town, bay beaches, ocean beaches and just up the street from Montauk Downs tennis, golf course and pools. A local property manager is nearby should you have any concerns or questions during your stay. Guest access Wifi, DirecTV and appleTV provided. Other things to note We do not accept pets, including support animals due to medical reasons. There is a 15-30 night minimum stay, depending on the season. Weekly cleaning is included during your stay, however a final cleaning fee and security deposit (varies according to length of stay) will be charge. Guests will need to sign a contract.
