A cozy, spacious, air-conditioned studio with a big balcony sit-out and a small living area—perfect for lazy Goa mornings and breezy evenings. Set inside a resort with a large swimming pool, it’s a short walk to Calangute Beach and close to Baga. You get access to the resort’s restaurant and bar. Cafés and popular eateries are all nearby. The apartment has a kitchen with basic cooking essentials, and our friendly staff provides daily housekeeping—so you can simply relax and enjoy your holiday. The space Our spacious, well-lit AC studio is inside a resort in Calangute—just about 500 meters (easy walk) from the beach. Along with your room, you get access to the resort’s swimming pool, in-house restaurant and bar. The studio has a big balcony sit-out with table/chairs to enjoy the breeze, plus a small living area with sofa and TV. Sleeping is comfortable for groups too: 2 compact double beds with extra mattresses available. For a lovely vibe at night, we have mood lights that can shift from warm yellow to golden to white. You’ll also have a small kitchen with induction cooktop, basic cookware/crockery, a small fridge and a water purifier. Wi-Fi and inverter power backup are provided, and our friendly staff does housekeeping once a day. You’re also close to pubs, party spots, restaurants and cafés—perfect for a fun Goa stay. Guest access You’ll have access to the resort’s large swimming pool, plus the poolside restaurant and bar—great for relaxing any time of day. Our studio is a private apartment with its own entry, so you can come and go freely and enjoy full privacy. The room has a big balcony with a table and chairs—perfect for morning tea or an evening sit-out with the sea breeze. The kitchen is for your exclusive use. We’re also in a lovely spot, just a short walk from Calangute Beach. Pool use is as per resort rules and requires proper swimwear. Other things to note Things to note (for a smooth & comfortable stay) Housekeeping: We provide cleaning once a day between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Linen refresh: Towels are changed on alternate days, and bedsheets are changed once every 3 days (earlier on request, subject to availability). Quiet comfort: To keep everyone relaxed, please keep music/TV volume low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM and play soft music only inside the room (no loud music in balcony/corridor). Power backup: We have an inverter backup (not a generator). During a power cut, one light and one fan will work for about 2–3 hours (depending on usage). Mosquitoes: Kindly keep the balcony door closed after 5:00 PM to avoid mosquitoes. Guest ID (mandatory, as per local rules): The booking guest’s ID is required at check-in. Indian guests: Aadhaar / Driving License / Passport accepted. Foreign guests: Passport + valid visa is mandatory. All staying guests must share valid IDs. Pool etiquette: Pool timings are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (as per resort rules). Proper swimwear is required. Kindly no eating, drinking, or smoking inside the pool area. If the pool is temporarily closed for maintenance or safety, we appreciate your understanding (no compensation/claims can be offered). Care of the space: Please treat the apartment and linen with care. Any loss or damage to linen/furniture/appliances may be chargeable at actuals. Safety & legality: Illegal activities are strictly not permitted. Cleanliness: Please dispose food waste and garbage only in the dustbin. Kindly avoid leaving leftovers in the sink/balcony to prevent insects. Visitors & occupancy: Only registered/confirmed guests are allowed inside the room/resort. Parking: Street parking only, at your own risk (subject to availability). Temporary note: Exterior painting work is going on outside the building (not inside the apartment), so there may be a little dust in common areas for a few days until mid-March. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Delivery note (security): For security reasons, outside vendors/couriers (Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, etc.) are not allowed up to the apartment door.
