The space This is a basic room located in the community of Posada Concepcion. It is part of 4 eco rooms that are side by side. These rooms run on community solar power from 10am-10pm. Great rooms for an overnight stay when you want to walk the beach in the morning. We also have rooms with more amenities and 24 hour power across the street. Guest access You have access to all amenities on the beach. We have a gym, library, Pickleball/tennis courts, hot springs, palapas etc. Other things to note We are an off-grid community. All water is pumped from the ground from a well at a local ranch and trucked into the community. Power is provided from a big solar project.
