Studio with kitchenette, fully equipped, located on the 1st floor of a villa, very close to Fundeni Hospital. Provide: linen, pillows, duvet, towels, hair dryer, iron, wi-fi, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, electric mug, espresso machine based on capsules, washing machine. We do not accept: parties, smoking inside the building, animals. We ensure the parking of the cars on the property, subject to availability, with the notification of the host in advance! Other things to note We provide a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius inside the rooms in the summer, and in winter, a temperature of maximum 22 degrees Celcius. To ensure an ambient temperature higher than 22 degrees in the winter, or lower than 21 degrees in the summer, additional fees will apply. Also, for keeping the air conditioner turned on at night, when the taps naturally fall below 21 degrees, additional fees will apply. Communicate your preferences related to the ambient temperature to the host, before check in, to avoid the simultaneous start of the heating system and air conditioning!
