Come and see this quiet place! The space The house is a property located on the main Boulevard, facing the beach, close to Restaurants, Hotels, Supermarket, Shops; 45 minutes from the airport. We have extensive gardens, different green areas and internal parking. Full kitchen (pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery), barbecue area and grill utensils. 4 air-conditioned rooms, 4 bathrooms and showers, living room, dining room, wifi, cable TV, baby high chair. Dining room in front of the pool, 6 sun loungers, 6 hammocks, umbrella and 4 beach chairs, so you can enjoy a sunrise or sunset with your family or friends. Guest access You will have full access to all areas of the property for your family group. Other things to note The house offers you 3 bedrooms inside it and the 4th bedroom is in the kitchen area, but each is independent; the room has A/C, bathroom and shower. We have no restrictions on the use of the air conditioner, but we ask that you be responsible when using it. Do not damage the gardens and green areas, please do not dirty the beach. We do not allow pets of any kind inside the property. If you need an emergency kit you can request it.
