Front and side yard. Super quiet, peaceful, with green view, sounds of birds and nature and smells of flowers.. Modern and clean. Everything you need to rest, cook food, work and have fun is in there. California king bed with super expensive and comfortable mattress. Bedroom can go completely dark. Smart TV, built in Amazon Alexa ceiling speaker, smart smoke detector, and outdoor security camera. Guest access When you get to the address and facing the driveway and garage door please park you car by the street, on right side of the garage, as close as possible to the driveway, please make sure you don't block the sidewalk, and close of your sides mirrors if possible. When you walk to the driveway on your right hand you see a wooden bench, next to that you enter from the right side of the garage door to the property, landscape gate will be open for you, please always close it yourself, there will be an automatic light that will go one as you enter, after 10 feet walking you will see the house glass entry door on your left, the key lock (will text you the code before checkin). The HVAC, fan and TV remote controllers are on the table. You can communicate with Alexa on the ceiling speaker and TV. Please keep the backyard outdoor light on top of the silo ding door off (switch is inside the sliding door on the left). Other things to note With advanced communications the following upgraded, royal, in home, private services may be provided in cash: - One organic homemade meal $75 - Standard traditional massage $50 for each 15 mins. - Deep cleaning during the stay $100 each time. - Private Running, Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, running practice/session $100 per one hour session. (all the above services are private in home and there won’t be any professional license for that. The guest will sign a disclosure upon receiving each or any of the services)
