This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage is less than a mile from Clemson University, making it the perfect spot for Tiger fans, alumni, and families visiting campus. Whether you’re in town for a Clemson football weekend or just soaking in the college town charm, this home has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay! Guest access Guests may access the entirety of The CF. This includes the living space, dining space, kitchen, laundry room, the master bedroom which has its own full bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, another full bath, the back and front yard, and both of the porches. You have the ENTIRE place to yourself! The driveway is shared with the garage apartment next door, which is why we have to limit parking to 2 cars. Other things to note There are 2 living quarters on the property. The garage/apartment is a completely different structure, so there will be no shared living quarters or amenities outside of the driveway. You will still have total privacy during your stay at The Clemson Farmhouse. There is a 2 car limit regardless of the number of guests and number of nights staying. READ COMPLETELY IF YOU PLAN TO BRING A DOG: There is a $50 pet fee per dog. Absolutely no dogs will be allowed on any of the furniture. If your dog is accustomed to getting on furniture at home, please bring sheets that will fully cover all couches and beds in the event that your dog gets on the furniture before you can stop it. If there is evidence that your dog has been on the furniture (mud and dirt on any furniture or bedding, and excessive dog hair on any furniture or bedding), and/or if there is obvious scratching inside the home you will be charged a STRICTLY ENFORCED $200 damage fee. This is in place to keep guests from allowing their dogs on the furniture and cleaning up after the dog in the event that something does happen. To avoid being charged the $200 damage fee, I highly suggest you bring your own kennel or utilize the kennel that we will gladly provide for when you leave the home and your dog is unattended. Dogs are welcome with open arms, but our property will be respected by guests and their furry friends. We have worked very hard to make this an amazing space, and have been burned too many times in the past by not putting these rules in place sooner. All TVs have a fire stick. While there are tons of different apps to use, live TV, etc. we cannot guarantee that we will have what you need (especially if it’s a televised game). We do not give the access code to any guests to purchase movies, new apps, etc. It is the guests responsibility to plan ahead for games they may want to watch while staying at our property - every guest is always welcome to log in to their own subscriptions on our TVs! If you’re have trouble with the TV, please reach out to us and we will be happy to help! You are able to set the temperature at whatever you would like to be most comfortable; however, we ask that you do NOT set the heat on "EM Heat" - it is not needed to heat the home, regular "heat" works great! We also ask that if you have the air or heat on, do not leave windows or doors open longer than 3 minutes. If you want to let fresh air in, you can leave the windows open after the HVAC has been turned off. Please do NOT leave the doors open as we pay a lot of money every month for pest control!
