My Castle on Hatea Drive

Relaxation is key here at this centrally located property with awesome views Short stroll along the river to the Whangarei Town Basin, the famous Hunterwasser Art Centre, Cafes, The Loop (4km walk around the waterfront), bush walks, cycle tracks and all amenities to Whangarei CBD. Welcome to Mi Castillo (My Castle) on the banks of Hatea (Hoteo) River and views of our extinct ancient volcano Maunga Parihaka here in the City. Welcoming, spacious & comfortable and we hope you enjoy it like we do! The space The top level is private with office space in the foyer, its own fridge. It has its own bathroom/wc and a large Superking Bed draws and wardrobe with iron/board and a covered outdoor area. Lovely and private. The second level is the main area with open plan kitchen/dining/lounge/bathroom with toilet and laundry and bedroom with queen bed. There are 3 exits through bathroom, outside bedroom and the balcony. There is a Superking Bed & Queen Bed, a single and blow up mattresses if needed Guest access Guests have access to the house and welcome to use anything in the house. The garage and unit is a separate area to the property and is my mums safe space totally separate. Other things to note Please lock away all valuables, turn off any switches not in use, no smoking inside, & pets are not allowed sorry!
